How to order:
Choose your preferred colour and upload a clear, well-lit photograph of your pet. For the best results, make sure their face and ears are fully visible. Please include any important information or placement requests with your order. We only will do the face unless full body is requested.

Your pet’s photograph will be interpreted in embroidery, so fine details and colours may vary slightly when translated into stitches. Product colours may also appear differently depending on your screen settings.

Please note: Once you have submitted your pet’s photo, we will prepare the digitised embroidery design and send you a preview. You can request edits and adjustments to the design based on your original photo. If you wish to use a different photo after submitting the first one, an additional digitising fee will apply.
