How to order:
1. Choose your rucksack colour.
2. Upload a clear, well-lit photo showing your pet’s face- Please note we will remove the background, and we automatically just do the head unless stated in the notes to do full body etc.
3. Add any important information or placement requests before checkout

For the clearest portrait, choose a photograph with your pet’s whole face visible, including their ears, and avoid blurry images or heavy shadows.
Please note: Your portrait is an embroidered interpretation of your photograph. Colours and fine details may vary slightly when translated into stitches, and rucksack colours may appear differently on screen.

Please note: Once you have submitted your pet’s photo, we will prepare the digitised embroidery design and send you a preview. You can request edits and adjustments to the design based on your original photo. If you wish to use a different photo after submitting the first one, an additional digitising fee will apply.
